13:00 - Pierwsza (godzina)
07:00 - Siódma (godzina)
09:00 - Dziewiąta (godzina)
Fractions in Polish
Polish fractions use numbers in the feminine and the denominator as an ordinal number in the non-masculine plural (in singular only for 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 ...):

3/4 - trzy czwarte
4/5 - cztery piąte
