Polish A1/A2 Class – Polish Course for Beginners II

Course Format:

This is an intensive Polish language course conducted online.

Course Description:

This course is intended for beginner learners who wish to develop their skills toward the A2 level.

The course is conducted primarily in Polish, with English used to support comprehension. The aim is to build confidence in everyday communication and provide a solid grammatical and lexical foundation. The course includes 24 teaching hours across 12 sessions and is taught by a native Polish speaker.

Students will develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through practical activities and guided practice. Emphasis is placed on real-life situations such as describing family and daily routines, navigating the city, and discussing common topics like work, home, and leisure. Key grammatical structures are introduced progressively, including verb conjugation, cases, and basic sentence construction.

By the end of the course, students will be able to understand and use simple Polish phrases and expressions related to personal and everyday contexts, ask and answer questions, describe events in the past, and communicate basic needs and ideas with growing independence.

• Polish Cases – most common usage

• Forming and using the imperative mood

• Prepositions of place (w, na, przy, obok, między)

• Past tense – formation and basic usage
