When to use Dative Case in Polish?
The dative case (celownik) in Polish is used to indicate the indirect object of a verb
Daję książkę Marcie (I am giving the book to Marta) - Here, Marta is in the dative case because she is the recipient of the action.
On zawsze odpowiada nauczycielowi. (He always answers the teacher.)
